DEVIATION SUBMISSION RULES!!! (PLEASE READ)
ALL SUBMISSION THAT DO NOT FOLLOW THESE RULES WILL BE REJECTED!

-Only photos featuring WCS participants can be submitted.
-The description must mention that the costume was entered in the WCS competition, with details about the timing and place (year, country)...
-If the photo is featuring costumes from/worn preliminary round (in home country), or features only one team (e.g. Team Spain only) please submit in the appropriate country folder (e.g. WCS selection in USA photos should be submitted to the USA folder).
-If the photo is taken in Japan during WCS and/or features more than 1 team, please submit to the Featured folder.
